I have got 292 marks in BITSAT, 102 in JEE Advance and I am expecting around 150+ in COMEDK. Where should I go for CSE?

You have high chances of getting CSE through COMEDK, then BITSAT. No chances of getting CSE through advance result. So go for COMEDK.
