I have got 294 in GRE and 6.5 in IELTS with 76% in graduation. What all universities can I apply to in US for CS?

You can apply to wide range of universities, your graduation percentage is good, but not your GRE. So, you can apply for both some competitive and medium ranked universities. It is quite difficult to suggest names, because the universities have different selectivity criteria and depends on the student profile. Moreover, you did not specify your field of study.
