I have got 30312 rank in obc category can I get NIT or iiit.

You can try for NIT-Srinagar, NIT-Kurukshetra, Eastern side NITs, new IIITs like IIIT-Bhopal, IIIT-Bhagalpur, IIIT-Kalyani, etc.

But chances of getting seat will be in special rounds.
