I have got 305 but in ist admit list mine shows wait list what is upper cut off of first list, will I get admission in BITS Pilani which br.

If you are waitlisted you should wait for subsequent counseling round. In the next round of counseling you should get admission. The upper cut off is last rank which has been given admission.
