I have got 3100 rank in JEE Mains and 1300 in JEE advance. Which one should I prefer? & What is the best I can get out of it?

    You can go with any of the top IITs for pursuing your B.Tech if the rank you mentioned is your CLR. You cannot get CSE in top IITs but can get in other IITs.
