I have got 32k rank in IPU CET 2018 and 70% in 12th (CBSE). Do I have any chance to get admission for B.Tech in GGSIPU?

According to your marks, it is not possible to get admission. But, don't loose hope, IPU every year conduct a spot round for remaining seats. So, do appear in their spot round.
