I have got 33 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get admission in Germany for Masters in mechanical engineering?

I am afraid that JEE Mains marks are not the qualifying marks or exam to go to Germany. I would rather advise you to approach specialised agency dealing with sending students to Germany so that different nuances are taken care of.
