I have got 33 marks in JEE Mains under ST category and 54% in 12th. Can I get any NIT or IIIT?

Sorry, but firstly you are not able to clear the eligibility criteria of the IIT-JEE, so you are not be able to get any NITs and IITs, due to your class 12th percentage and JEE Mains marks. But, you can get private colleges.
