If you are a resident of orissa then you can definitely get a seat at this rank otherwise it is not possible to get this college at a rank of 3400 if you belong to outside state.For more information about colleges and direct admission in top colleges of orissa such as KIIT,ITER,CV RAMAN,GIET,GITA,GE
