I have got 375 rank in AUEET. Can I get admission for CSE?

Yes, as per your rank you should definitely get a seat.

Definitely, you can easily get CSE branch in AU without any problem, but there may be chances that you have to wait for the 2nd or 3rd round of counselling. But, you can wait for that as getting CSE in AU is confirm at you rank.
