You should have done Bachelor's degree of minimum three years duration with at least 50% marks for general category and 45% marks in the case of SC/ST in the qualifying examination with mathematics or one of the subjects at 10+2 level. -
Yes, your rank is good enough to get admission in andhra university. So, you can apply for admission on the basis of your rank.
