I have got 395 marks in NEET UG 2018 and 86% in 12th. Is it possible to take direct admission in a medical college for MBBS?

12th marks don't matter in NEET, they only make you eligible for appearing in the exam. There is no college in India which takes direct admission after NEET. So, you need to score really well in NEET to get admission in MBBS. For general category, around 560-600 marks will confirm your admission.

Other than AIIMS or JIPMER all MBBS seats are filled on basis of NEET UG marks. You need to qualify NEET to get admission provided you satisfy other eligibility criteria.
