I have got 40% in 12th science. Can I get admission in BCA in The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda?

The minimum cut off is 65%. So, MS University. You should either take admission in private university or you should give improvement exam to raise your 12th percentage and then appear for admission in the MS university. -
Maybe not. The minimum cutoff that they keep is around 65 percent. You are way below that. HNECE I would suggest you cant take admission there. Choose some private university to take direct admission.
