I have got 40% marks in my B.Com. What is the procedure to pursue B.Ed?

Your % is not sufficient to apply for B.Ed. Most of the university offers two years B.Ed course for which minimum 50% is required either in graduation or Masters. They give admission through entrance or online but on the merit basis.
