I have got 43.69 percentile in CAT 2013.suggest me best colleges for me.
my category is general. i have passed 10t with 62%, 12th with 70.50, and graduation with 72%.

Sory but you would take admission in a good college with such a less percentile. so drop and take the test again with full preparation.
you also try for MAT,XAT,SNAP. these are less tough level than CAT.

Your score is too low to fetch you calls from any good institutes. I would suggest you to appear for May MAT and get a chance to try for Alliance, Christ, St Joseph etc.
