43 marks in JEE Mains is below average, you can't get in NITs, but still you can take the entrance exam of many other private engineering colleges like Kalinga, VIT, ComedK, BITS, SRM, Manipal, etc. These colleges have good reputation and can offer decent placements as well. No chance. Try for private colleges. You can get admission in government colleges in Rajasthan through REAP.
