I have got 45 marks in jee mains 2014. As I am general I am not elligible for online councelling. But can I go for spot councelling ?

You got very less marks in JEE and it is difficult to get into some good government institute. I would suggest you to take admission in some private institutes as already admission process is in final stage. So keep track of good Indian universities as BITS Pilani, Lovely Professional University, CO
