You can get CSE only by management quota. Otherwise, you should try lower branch like instrumentation, EEE. -
With this rank, you cannot get a seat in VITEEE-Vellore for Computer Science Artificial Intelligence, but you can get a seat in any good private college, so you can get admission there. Good luck.

Actually, you cannot get any of the CSE branches. If you want then you can contact the management and get a seat in that branch under Category 5. With this rank, you can get EEE, Civil and Chemical engineering branches in general counselling. -
