I have got 46190 in jee mains. I want to ask that IT,GURU GHASIDAS UNIVERSITY is better or NIT in remote locations like srinagar,sikkim etc.

I have scored 110 in jee mains and got 94.8% in CBSE board. I want to take drop this year but decided that i should join college so that i have backup next year. Now according to CSAB, i am getting INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,GURU GHASIDAS UNIVERSITY or NITS in remote areas like srinagar,sikkim,manipur.
