I have got 46190 in jee mains. I want to ask that IT,GURU GHASIDAS UNIVERSITY is better or NIT in remote locations like srinagar,sikkim etc.

I have scored 110 in jee mains and got 94.8% in CBSE board. I want to take drop this year but decided that i should join college so that i have backup next year. Now according to CSAB, i am getting INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY,GURU GHASIDAS UNIVERSITY or NITS in remote areas like srinagar,sikkim,manipur.

Dear Vikrant, I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same. Well, every engineering branch has its own PROS. and it wont be right to judge any branch. However, if you want to know about the scope and prospects of various branch, you can refer to the below link
