Yes, you are eligible for admission into St. Andrews for BCA. The minimum percentage required for admission is 45% in this college. So, you should consider visiting the college for admission. If you want to learn programming languages which you will be studying in your BCA course then you can check out this app which is specially designed and developed for BCA students. It has programs and assignments of languages like C, C+ and Java with their outputs. You'll be studying these languages in your 3 years of BCA.

Yes you will be eligible to pursue BCA but still there are many colleges who take students who have minimum 50% or 60% criteria so there you won't be able to peruse BCA

Yes, you are eligible for BCA, but you get a seat in private college, not in Government College, as you cannot appear entrance. It required minimum 55 percent.

Every institute requires a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2. So, you must score at least 50% aggregate marks for eligibility and if you want to confirm the same, you can consult the respective administration of institute if allows you to take admission. But for any course, the minimum qualification must be 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks from recognized board/organization/institute.
