I have got 48% in graduation and 90 percentile in Feb MAT exam, am I eligible for admission.

if you belongs to sc/st/obc categories than you are eligible for regular MBA otherwise you are not eligible.

for take admission in MBA you have to need 50% marks in graduation 5% relaxation only for reserved catagory candidates
