I have got 48 percent in hsc board. is there any possibility to get admission for engineering in usa and in better college ?

Sir i just completed my 12th from nios 59% . now i wanna do BA hons in mass communication .please suggest me good college or good university for mass communication .

You have very low % to apply to top universities. However, you can still apply to some decent universities if you do well on SAT and TOEFL.
