I have got 49.6% marks in graduation & have 7-years of teaching experience, am I eligible for B.Ed form IGNOU?

IGNOU B.Ed Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates need to fulfill the parameters mentioned below in order to meet eligibility for B.Ed Entrance Exam 2019:
Candidates should clear their graduation or post-graduation in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Commerce/ Humanities with at least 50% marks.
Candidates should be trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
As your percentage is less so you can't apply.
