I have got 49% aggregate and 40% in PCM along with 35 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get any engineering college in India?

Yes, definitely you can get an engineering college but you won't be able to sit for the engineering placements. Instead of engineering, go for BBA or some other course. You will be benefitted in terms of 12th percentage.
