If you are reservation quota candidate then % is relaxed in almost all states. If open category then you can do Diploma in Engineering and later Degree.

Dear Lokesh,
For getting admitted to the degree college there are AIEEE, JEE and many other entrance tests conducted by the colleges, rather the universities. You can take any of these to get the college for the degree.
