I have got 49%in pcb in 12th instead of 50% to fulfil the eligiblity for medical entrance,if i clear the exam wil i be disqualified?plz help

I have got 49% (148 out of 150) to get 50% of 300 in pcb in 12th, my total %age is 56%. I'm giving medical entrance nxt year but i'm very anxious i'll be disqualified bcoz of the 1% or my english marks will be added if i clear the entrance? Plz help me I'm in a great fix, i'm dropping 1 year for it!
