I have got 50,395 CRL rank and 6,362 EWS rank. Is there any chance to get into good NITS or IIITs or GFTIs?

No, you cannot get admission in any of the good NITs or IIITs or GFTIs. There are less chances for you to get admission in low rank NITs. It is better to go for private institutes, as you are eligible to take admission in some good institutes with this rank.
