I have got 50% in 12 CBSE pass out in 2016 and in 2017 I reappear in ipu CET exam and get 2700 rank can I get admission in ipu top colleges

Hey Mayank.
Congratulations. With more than 50%, you are eligible to get admission in IPU. 2700 is an okay rank, you won't get the best colleges but you will get an average college. Your best bet would be IITM-Janakpuri and Ambedkar Integrated Institute of Engineering and Technology.
