I have got 5001 obc-ncl rank in JEE Main paper 2 april 2019, should I able to get NIT for B.Arch or any other college in up for B.Arch.

With 5001 OBC NCL rank in JEE Main Paper 2 2019 exam and a good score in class 12th, you have chances of securing admission in good colleges across the country, but NITs would be difficult. -
No, it is not possible for you to get admission in any of the NITs, as there are less than 600 seats in B.Arch. So, I suggest you to try in private colleges in your preferred location.
