i have got 512000 rank in aieee but i have got 83% from ISC board,can you suggest me the colleges ,where i can get admission in B.tech

As rightly said by Ankit, you should try for some private colleges, with this rank it would be really difficult to get any decent colleges.

In 512000 Rank You Didnt get Any Government College nor Average private College. better Try For Some Local Private college in Your State or City.
