I have got 52.66% in PCM in HS. If I secured the top rank in JELET after my Diploma, can I get lateral entry at Jadavpur University?

Sorry to say, but apart from rank, there's one more criteria to join Jadavpur University. You have to pass 10+2 examination with 60% in PCM and have a Diploma certificate. It would be better, if you research about it a bit, because it's a recently added criteria.

Of course. Top rank means that you will get any college you want. You will get admission in Jadavpur University.
