I have got 52 marks in JEE Mains. Can I get any NIT or a government college in my native state, i.e. Uttarakhand?

No, with these marks there is no chance to get NIT. Yes, if you are under category quota then there are some chances to get NIT. So, you can try to get admission. You may get admission. Or you can get an autonomous college.
