Since you have got great marks in 12th. With your JEE Mains and assuming yourself general, the only way to get into a good college is to get into private universities with big name and their own entrance exam. Some recommendations are LPU, Amity and CU.

See, you can go through the counselling there. You can get any GFTI and then you can apply for the state universities as going to the GFTIs is far better than going to any state governed colleges.

With this low score, you can't get any NIT. I would suggest you to go for Thapar University, LPU, VIT Vellore, and SRM-Chennai.
