I have got 54 aggregrate mark's in pcm and i want to join a collage for b.tech in delhi.so there is any collage for me where i can join?

Overall mark's in isc board in class 12 is 64.9% and in pcm is 54% .and i want to join collage for b.tech in Delhi .please tell me any collage where i can join for it please .
