i have got 54% in b.com graduate n i m pursuing CAT preparation from jodhpur.Do u think any chance for me to get better college with lower %

MBA entrance has got nothing to do with % of ur grad.If u work smart n hard u can definately make it thru CAT.

Its very hard as cat has weightage of 10th, 12th and graduation marks with percentile scores in main exam.
