To be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course in India, the basic eligibility criteria is to have completed a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or board. Since you have completed a 10+3 year Diploma course, you may not be eligible for a 3-year LL.B. Course directly after completion of the Diploma programme. See, you can take admission in LL.B. 3 year course in good universities if you have scored above 50% marks in your UG. Many universities usually have this percentage as a minimum criteria so if you have secured marks above 50% you are eligible.
