Hi, LLB Eligibility. Aspiring candidates should have scored a minimum pass percentage either at the class 12th level or graduation level. The percentages are 45% marks for General category, 42% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST categories.

Yes, you can take admission in LL.B. On the basis of graduation but you should have 45% marks. You need to qualify entrance exam. See, you can take admission in LL.B. 3 year course in good universities if you have scored above 50% marks in your UG. Many universities usually have this percentage as a minimum criteria so if you have secured marks above 50% you are eligible.
