Yes, you are eligible to apply in this college. Eligibility: 10+2 passed in any stream from a recognized board with 45% marks & passing percentage for SC candidates of Haryana. Since you have scored 57% and the eligibility percentage is 45, you are eligible. The total intake for BCA is only 60, so
