If you are asking for Mahatma Gandhi University, your percentage meets the eligibility criteria of MGU. in addition to this, you never to qualify the respective entrance of the university too get admission there. Yes, you can get admission in distance learning universities, I think regular BCA is a little difficult, as your marks are less, as I know for entrance exams you must have scored minimum 60% rest all depends upon the university eligibility criteria. You can go with Distance Learning Amity university
