If you are asking for Mahatma Gandhi University, your percentage meets the eligibility criteria of MGU. in addition to this, you never to qualify the respective entrance of the university too get admission there.
    Eligibility criteria:
1 should qualify with a minimum of 45% aggregate marks in class 12th or its equivalent.
2 should qualify the common entrance test conducted by the university.

To be eligible for admission into MG University for BCA, a candidate needs to be from Science stream with maths or computer science as a mandatory subject. Only pass marks are required in your +2. So, if you're from Science stream only then you're eligible for admission into this university. If you're from Commerce or Arts stream still you'll be able to get admission into other colleges for BCA.

Yes, you can get admission in distance learning universities, I think regular BCA is a little difficult, as your marks are less, as I know for entrance exams you must have scored minimum 60% rest all depends upon the university eligibility criteria. You can go with Distance Learning Amity university for your BCA program, Amity is a brand name university it is UGC approved and A grade by NAAC. To know more about Amity BCA course browse this link or talk to me on whats app https://www.distancelearning.edu.in/university.php?tid=0&pid=110&cid=1869&ctype=5&pg=Bachelors&fn=Information-Technology&-1
