I have got 58% in BE and have 16 backlogs history with no active backlogs and 7 band score in IELTS, am I eligible for PGDM from Canada?

Admissions for different post graduation courses including PGDM in Institutions or universities abroad or not dependent exclusively on the marks that you have obtained at the graduation level. Of course it plays an important role but its not exclusive. There are many other criteria or nuances which determine the success of your seeking admission into these institutions.
