I have got 59% in 12th and in 62% in pcm. i am taking one year drop for iit's competition. for above details can i get admission in 2014.

Don't drop you year. What is the guarantee that you will get top rank in next year. Generally students take admission in some university. Lovely professional University has a provision of their own entrance exam which held multiple times. You can register yourself for exam and try to get admission.

I will suggest u not to drop and prepare u can take admission in private as pattern is changed and u got 59 % then it will be difficult to get into iit only children with 90 or 85 above can get in there after they get good jee main and advance score. try to figure out something now all the best. if
