I have got 5957 rank in ST category in JEE Mains. Can I get any NIT with civil engineering?

My score in JEE Mains is 46 and I got 93% marks in RBSE board exam.

Yes, you can, but after the 4th round of counselling, in the first 2-3 rounds, you won't get any of the NIT, but in that don't lose hope. You will definitely get the NIT in the last rounds of the counselling.
