I have got 6 band in IELTS (L-6, S-6, R-5.5) and I have done my Diploma in GNM. Can I apply in Canada?

Criteria for Canada is minimum 6.5 bands over all and not less than 5.5 in any of the individual. So, I suggest you to reappear for the exam and work hard.
