I have got 60% in my B.Tech. Is it possible for me to pursue MS in Canada? I have got 7 bands in IELTS and 300 in GRE.

You can do this, but you must get more than 6.5 band in IELTS exam. You also have opportunity to do post-graduation instead of Masters.
