I have got 60 marks and 171791 rank in JEE Mains and 51% in CHSE 2018. Can I get admission for CSE in IGIT?

You have a chance because IGIT cut-off is low as compared to other Odisha government colleges, I am not sure about CS. You can apply and hope for getting it, you have a chance there but wait up to the last round.

You will get core branches. Though getting CS, I am not quite sure. But you can always prefer to give your choices. You can also fill up for other branches in VSSUT.
