If you asked about Amity University, then you are even eligible at just 33% as what these colleges want is money and then they might take you even if you have failed class 12th.

Minimum eligibility for admission is to pass HSC (10+2) in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and secured minimum 60% marks. Candidates seeking admission in B.Tech courses must have a valid score in JEE Main or will have to appear for Amity JEE conducted by the university.
