I have got 6000 general rank and 1006 SC rank in UPSEE. Can I get any govt. college for civil branch?

    No, with this rank, you will not get lateral entry because lateral entry depends on the number of vacant seats available in the second year. For lateral entry in a government college, your rank should be around 25.
