I have got 61% in JEE Mains 2019. Can I get any top NIT for CSE?

First of all, there is a big difference between percentage and percentile. JEE score this year is in percentile and 61 percentile is not enough for CSE in NIT. Although, you can attempt the 2nd round, hope you achieve it.
