I have got 618 CMR and my category merit rank is 457. Can I get into NIFT? When can I apply for counselling?

Ofcourse you can get NIFT. Applying date of registration counselling is from 27th-3rd June.

National Institute of Fashion Technology will start its counselling for admission with online registration from last week of May onwards. Counselling will be held only for the qualifying candidate.
